We are conveniently located near the corner of Horsetooth and Shields Street on the Northwest side, between the Country Store Shell gas station and the Grease Monkey. You'll notice we make it easy for you to schedule an appointment with morning, lunchtime, evening, and Saturday appointments. Same-day appointments are often available.

We firmly believe that you should never have to go without the care you need because of financial concerns. Which is why we welcome Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, why we accept Medicare patients, and why we accept and file most insurance.
We accept the following insurance plans, but please call to confirm that we are a provider on your plan. If we are not a provider on your plan, you still may be able to see us, but you may need to get reimbursed directly from your insurance company. We are happy to give you the proper paperwork to help you with that process. Your best bet is to call your insurance company directly to determine whom you can see, or feel free to call us so we can make your visit to our office as smooth as possible.
